Fiorentina defender Michele Camporese has had an operation to repair a fractured patella tendon.
The 20-year-old has missed the majority if this season with a series of knee injuries, but the Italy Under-21 international has successfully gone under-the-knife this afternoon in Rome to fix fracture in his kneecap.

He will be hospitalised for another four or five days, before starting rehabilitation back in Florence.
