Arsenal and Costa Rica striker Joel Campbell is reportedly flying in and will have a Frosinone medical tomorrow morning.

The 26-year-old is said to be arriving in Rome this evening and has agreed a three-year contract with the newly-promoted Serie A side.

He moved to Arsenal in 2011, but spent most of that time on loan to Real Betis, Olympiacos, Villarreal and Sporting CP.

Campbell’s contract with the Gunners is due to expire next summer, so Sportitalia claim he is joining Frosinone on a more permanent basis.

The pacey winger plays primarily on the right side of attack, but can also work as a centre-forward or on the left.
