Former Juventus and Italy winger Mauro Camoranesi is set to take charge of Slovenian side Tabor Sezana.

Speculation is rife that Camoranesi has signed a contract until 2021 and will formally commence his duties next week.

The 43-year-old’s last foray into management was in 2017, when he coached Mexican club Cafetaleros de Chiapas.

Since then, the World Cup winner has been commentating on Serie A games for DAZN.

Camoranesi was born in Argentina but spent all of the 2000s in Italy, first with Verona (2000-02) and later Juve (2002-10).
