Cambiaso has been linked with a January move to Manchester City, but it is still unclear whether his absence from today’s training session is transfer-related.
The Premier League giants have not yet made a formal bid to sign Cambiaso this month.
Juventus will host Benfica at the Allianz Stadium tomorrow.
The Serie A giants sit 17th in the table, just one point below the top eight.
Cambiaso has two goals and two assists in 28 appearances across all competitions this season.
