Hakan Calhanoglu is out of Inter’s friendly game with Parma today due to a muscular problem, while Romelu Lukaku is not training ahead of his Chelsea transfer.

A statement from the Nerazzurri confirmed Calhanoglu is not going to participate in the match as a precaution following a slight muscular issue in this morning’s training session.

Lukaku is also not likely to take part or even be present at the Stadio Tardini, as he is on the verge of a €115m transfer to Chelsea.

The decision to sell their star man just weeks after winning the Scudetto has infuriated fans, with circa 500 expected to stage a protest today during the game, which kicks off at the Stadio Tardini at 18.00 UK time.

Lautaro Martinez, who has been linked with Tottenham Hotspur, is expected to play, with Nicolò Barella and Alessandro Bastoni.

They were all given extended summer vacations after Argentina won the Copa America and Italy took the UEFA EURO 2020 trophy.
