High-profile agent Roberto Calenda has added 39-time Italy international Federico Bernardeschi to his list of clients, as confirmed in an official statement released on Tuesday morning.
Calenda is also the representative of Napoli’s Galatasaray loanee Victor Osimhen, Paris Saint-Germain captain Marquinhos and Napoli centre-back Juan Jesus among others.
Bernardeschi joins Calenda clientele
“TeamRC is pleased to welcome Federico Bernardeschi to the team, a pure talent, three-time Italian champion, European champion with the Italian national team, and now the number 10 for Toronto FC. Federico has been selected as a member of the 2024 MLS All-Star Game.
“Welcome and good luck in achieving the upcoming goals together,” Calenda wrote in a statement.
Bernardeschi has been based in Canada since he left Juventus in the summer of 2022, representing Toronto FC of MLS. He has netted 21 goals from 68 league appearances in North America.
Bernardeschi was also selected to appear in the 2024 MLS All-Star match against their Liga MX counterparts. The 30-year-old played the entire second half after replacing Houston Dynamo’s Hector Herrera.
During his time in Europe, Bernardeschi was part of Roberto Mancini’s Italy national team squad that won the European Championships at Wembley in the summer of 2021. He also has three Serie A titles, two in the Coppa Italia and another two from the Supercoppa Italiana on his CV.
