Luca Caldirola said San Siro ‘always has a certain effect on me’ and warns former club Inter that Benevento have changed since last time.

The former Nerazzurri defender played in the 5-2 defeat at the start of the season, but has claimed the Streghe are not the same team when they travel to San Siro.

“Today, we are more a team than in the first leg,” Caldirola told Corriere del Mezzogiorno.

The 29-year-old centre-back expects an ‘angry’ Inter after the 0-0 draw with Udinese.

“Coming back to San Siro always has a certain effect on me,” he continued. “They will be very angry after the draw with Udinese.”

He then spoke about the arrival of Adolfo Gaich, admitting he usually signs the Argentine on Football Manager.

“I have known him for years because of Football Manager and I have always signed him, ever since he was at San Lorenzo.”
