Milan defender Mattia Caldara is set to join Venezia and will undergo his medicals tomorrow.
The former Atalanta and Juventus defender will join the newly-promoted Serie A side on loan with an option to buy.
According to Calciomercato.com, he will undergo his medical examinations with Venezia on Friday.
The 27-year-old returned to Milan in the summer after a one-year and a half loan spell at Atalanta.
He only managed six Serie A appearances with La Dea in 2020-21.
The Italian defender had joined Milan from Juventus in a swap deal with Leonardo Bonucci in 2018.
However, he struggled with injuries during his time at the San Siro and has never played a Serie A game with the Rossoneri.
