The Aquile are now third in Serie A and Caicedo is looking forward to a run of three consecutive home games at the Olimpico.

Their next match is against CFR Cluj in the Europa League, before they welcome Udinese and Juventus in the League.

“This team have character; we must continue like this,” he added.

“Playing at home, in front of our own fans, will be important. We must maintain the right intensity and keep our concentration up.

“We must continue this pattern until the end. There’s a long way to go, we are in the middle of the season and I will definitely score again.”
