Eusebio Di Francesco should feel more secure in his position at Frosinone though, as the Canarini have done much better on their return to the Italian top-flight. The defeat at Bologna last weekend was just their third of the season and they find themselves comfortably in mid-table at this point.
There have been some impressive victories in the opening months of the season and Frosinone will be happy to get the points on the board this early, just in case there is more of a relegation scrap towards the end of the campaign.
A draw away from home, even against bottom-placed Cagliari, should not be seen as too much of a setback, as Frosinone target staying up this season.
