Cagliari are reportedly recalling midfielder Alessandro Deiola from his loan spell at Spezia.
The 25-year-old had joined Spezia on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season in September 2020.
Following 12 Serie A appearances and three in the Coppa Italia, Cagliari decided to bring him back to base.
Negotiations with Spezia were successful and Sportitalia report the deal for his return is done.
Deiola also had spells on loan at Parma and Lecce over the last year.
