Cagliari midfielder Lucas Castro could miss the rest of the season after sustaining ACL damage.
Gianluca Di Marzio’s website reports Castro underwent tests at Villa Stuart clinic in Rome on Monday morning, which revealed a rupture to the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
The Argentine also sustained collateral ligament damage in November 2017, although he was only sidelined for two months on that occasion.
