Nicolas Burdisso is raring to go seven months after his serious injury, as Roma begin pre-season training.
The defender snapped knee ligaments while on international duty with Argentina against Colombia and is only now returning to the field.
“I feel very good now, am happy to be back and have great expectations for this season,” he told Roma Channel.
“My summer was pleasant and I never stopped, making sure I worked every day on my fitness levels.

The Giallorossi came together today to begin pre-season training with new boss Zeman, who replaces Luis Enrique.
