Iker Casillas of Real Madrid and Spain came second, with Chelsea's Petr Cech in third.

The top 10 is completed by Edwin van der Sar, Oliver Kahn, Nelson Dida, Jens Lehmann, Roberto Carlos Abbodanzieri, Victor Valdes and Julio Cesar.
