According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, one of the reasons why Gianluigi Buffon is leaving Juventus is his relationship with Andrea Pirlo.
The 43-year-old announced yesterday he will leave Juventus at the end of the season.
“My future is clear and defined. This beautiful and very long experience with Juve will come to a definitive end this year,” the 2006 Italy World Cup winner revealed.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, his relationship with Andrea Pirlo is one reason why Buffon decided to leave the Old Lady for the second time in his career.
They are close friends and won many trophies together, including the World Cup. However, paper suggests Buffon ‘wanted to play more games this season and hoped he could be more involved within the dressing room.’
He has 12 appearances in all competitions so far this season and he will start against Sassuolo this evening.
His contract with the Bianconeri expires at the end of the season.
