Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini announced Rayo Vallecano striker “Alberto Bueno has been proposed to us.”
The 26-year-old will be out of contract in June, so could arrive in Sicily as a free agent.
“Could Bueno replace Paulo Dybala? He has been proposed to us and his contract is due to expire,” Zamparini told Il Giornale di Sicilia.
“We’ve been offered other strikers too, so we’ll see. By the end of April we will build the new squad and are already working on it with Coach Beppe Iachini.

Bueno has scored 13 goals in 25 Liga games for Rayo Vallecano this season and turns 27 later this month.
