According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the club is about to offer Brozovic a new contract, one which will extend his deal from its original expiry date in 2019 to one in 2021. The midfielder's wages will be almost doubled, going from €1.4m yearly to €2.5m.
The contract will include a costly buy-out clause set at €50m. In a move that appears to be getting fashionable after Juve's cannibalistic market campaign, the clause will be valid only to clubs from abroad.
If another Italian contingent wishes to take Brozovic away, they will have to acquire Inter's consent first.
