Marcelo Brozovic has resumed full training with his Inter teammates and is expected to start against Juventus on Sunday.

The Derby d’Italia could be a decisive fixture both for the top four and even the Scudetto race, as it is between third and fourth.

Brozovic was still struggling with a calf injury that ruled him out of the 1-1 draws against Torino and Fiorentina earlier this month.

He had time over the break for international duty to recover and today resumed training with the rest of the squad, albeit only for part of the session.

It is still a boost and the Croatia international is now likely to make his comeback from the start against Juventus.

The situation with Stefan de Vrij is a little more uncertain, as he is still training on a separate schedule to the others.

Sky Sport Italia report that if De Vrij does not make it in time, then Danilo D’Ambrosio will be introduced on the right side of a three-man defence, with Milan Skriniar in the centre and Alessandro Bastoni on the left.

Edin Dzeko is the favourite to partner Lautaro Martinez upfront, leaving Alexis Sanchez and Joaquin Correa on the bench.
