Brozovic reportedly wanted the hospital to let his friend, a 42-year-old Croatian man with a slight injury to his leg, skip the line and surpass other patients with more serious problems. Police had to intervene to calm him down.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he was close to joining PSG in a swap deal with Leandro Paredes who is now being once again linked with the Serie A giants who are looking to offload Christian Eriksen.
“He was already a former Inter player, but the deal collapsed on the deadline day,” the report claims.
Brozovic has one goal and one assist in 11 appearances in all competitions so far this season and is the best Serie A player for successful passes inside the opponents’ half: 87,3%.
