Marcelo Brozovic and Stefan de Vrij are reportedly out of the Inter squad to face Torino tomorrow evening.
It is due to kick off at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino on Sunday at 19.45 GMT.
The Nerazzurri are forced to deal with some knocks sustained during their midweek 1-0 Champions League victory away to Liverpool.
Both Brozovic and De Vrij went off at Anfield with minor muscular issues.
While the defender was out, it had been hoped the Croatia international would recover in time to at least be on the bench.
Instead, Sky Sport Italia claim Simone Inzaghi has left Brozovic at home to recuperate and he has already left the training camp.
Matias Vecino is expected to step in to replace him, while Nicolò Barella is available after missing both legs of the Liverpool tie due to suspension.
