Marcelo Brozovic’s agent reveals talks in England last week but “Inter will decide his fate”.

The Croatian midfielder has been linked with the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal, and his representative hinted this week that the player is looking for a new contract.

“Brozovic belongs to that group of new top players on the market,” Miroslav Bicanic told Corriere dello Sport.

“His potential is very high and he’s improving more and more. We hope to continue like this, and play the biggest games in 2016, as well as scoring lots of goals.

“Could he leave in January? That depends on the transfer market and the various interested clubs. In the end though, Inter will decide his fate.

“Marcelo is only focused on Inter’s season and and thinking about how to win the upcoming matches.

“Last week I was in England, but I promised I wouldn’t reveal the names of the interested clubs. If Inter give their consent for a transfer I’ll be the first to hear about it.”

The Nerazzurri are joint-second in Serie A, and Bicanic believes they can go on to lift the Scudetto.

“They have a good chance this season. It’s not easy to say who will win the day, but in my opinion, based on the recent games it’ll be a fight between Inter, Napoli and Juventus.

“Roberto Mancini? Who am I to judge one of the best Italian Coaches, and one of the best in the world? I wish I had his CV!”
