Serie B side Brescia have officially signed Dutch talent Tom van de Looi from FC Groningen.
The 21-year-old arrives on a permanent transfer following his loan spell last season with NEC Nijmegen.
The midfielder has represented the Netherlands at various youth levels and his father, Erwin van de Looi, coaches the Dutch Under-21 team.
He was also captain of the Dutch Under-19 squad.
