Gleison Bremer limped off with a muscular problem for Juventus as he faced his former club Torino for the first time in the Derby Della Mole.

The centre-back made the transfer from Toro to the Bianconeri on the other side of the city this summer for €50m plus add-ons and bonuses.

The Brazilian started at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino this evening against his old teammates.

However, Bremer called to Max Allegri on the bench after 51 minutes, noting he felt a twinge in his thigh.

According to the DAZN pitch-side reporters, this was a flexor issue and he was eager to get off the field before doing any more damage.

He was also spotted on the bench touching the area just above his left knee.

Bremer was replaced by captain Leonardo Bonucci, who had somewhat surprisingly been dropped for the Derby della Mole, despite the fact there is no upcoming midweek game to rest for.

Juventus were using a 3-5-2 formation, with Danilo, Bremer and Alex Sandro in defence.
