Milan are in negotiations to bring Ariedo Braida back to the club for another career stint after seven years away.
Sky Sport Italia and Radio Rossonera maintain the 74-year-old is in talks to take on a new role with the San Siro club.
It would be a third experience with Milan, as he was director general from 1986-2002 under Silvio Berlusconi.
He then took over a different position from 2002 to December 2013, as director of sport.

Braida moved on to Sampdoria, very briefly, then worked at Barcelona as a director of sport, then leading their scouting team.
Barca fired him in August 2019, but Braida sued the club for unfair dismissal.
