Brahim Diaz wants to see a ‘winning mentality’ from Milan against RB Salzburg, even if a draw would suffice for Champions League Round of 16 qualification.

“It is an important match, we must play the whole game with a winning mentality,” Brahim Diaz told Amazon Prime Video Italia.
These sides drew 1-1 the first time around, but Milan put themselves in second place behind Chelsea and a point would be enough to book their spot in the Champions League Round of 16.
“Salzburg have some very strong forwards, we must in turn do well to not lose the ball and allow them counter-attacks. It wasn’t easy for us in Austria, but now we are ready to face them.”
Brahim Diaz is on the bench initially with Charles De Ketelaere, as Rade Krunic has been chosen as the trequartista linking midfield with attack.
It is sold out at San Siro, including circa 4,000 RB Salzburg fans who have made the journey to Milan.
“Playing at San Siro is incredible. We are a big club, these are the games we want to play. We can beat Salzburg if we play like Milan.”
