Brahim Diaz is training separately from his Milan teammates, but there are still hopes he will be able to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League.

The first leg ended 1-0 at San Siro with a goal from the Spaniard and the decider will be in London on Wednesday at 20.00 GMT.

He was ruled out of yesterday’s 2-1 Serie A defeat to Fiorentina by a slight knee sprain and remains in doubt for the Round of 16 tie.

Brahim Diaz trained separately from the rest of the squad today and a decision will be made on Monday, though the latest news from Sky Sport Italia suggests he will at the very least be on the bench.

Rafael Leao and Rade Krunic were suspended for last night’s game at the Stadio Franchi, so are well rested for the European test.

The biggest change from the first leg is the return of Mike Maignan, who had been out injured for five months with a recurring calf strain, and had to be added to the squad list.

Maignan can be brought back in up to 24 hours before kick-off.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Yacine Adli, Sergino Dest and Tiemoue Bakayoko are all left off the list.
