Torino defender Cesare Bovo’s surgery was a ‘complete success’, but he faces three weeks out.
The 33-year-old went under the knife to remove a meniscus from his left knee, and the club have confirmed that he faces some time on the sidelines.
“The meniscectomy surgery to the left knee performed by Dr Renato Misischi on Cesare Bovo was a complete success,” read a statement on Torino’s official website.
“The prognosis is for around three weeks.”
