Villarreal talent Borja Valero confirms his agent “has spoken to Napoli and I was amazed by the atmosphere at the San Paolo.”
The 26-year-old midfielder was very impressive in the squad that knocked Napoli out of the Europa League this season and has reached the semi-final of that competition.
“I really like Napoli, it is an exceptional place,” Borja Valero told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“I was there to play with Villarreal in the Europa League and was amazed by the atmosphere at the San Paolo.

“I do know that my agent Camano has spoken to the Napoli directors, but I cannot give any statements on the matter.”
Borja Valero was voted Spanish Player of the Season (Don Balon) at Mallorca in 2010 and his contract with Villarreal runs to June 2015.
His price-tag is believed to be worth €12-15m.
