“It doesn’t cost anything to dream,” the defender told Sky.
“We shouldn’t delude ourselves into thinking that everything is easy, but we believe we can win every game, and then we’ll see where we end up.
“Winning against Parma would be essential so as not to give the chasing pack any hope, then we’d go into the Champions League match with high morale.
“With regard to Monaco, we have great respect for them, their best weapon is the counter-attack. [Dimitar] Berbatov is one of the best strikers in Europe, we have to be careful.”
The Italian international also singled out Coach Massimiliano Allegri for praise, crediting him with the Coppa Italia win against Fiorentina.
“Allegri is a patient and intelligent Coach. In Florence, the team reflected that in a big way.”
