A steward at Wembley stopped Italy centre-back Leonardo Bonucci from returning to the pitch, as she mistook him for a pitch invader during the celebrations after the win over Spain.
Bonucci scored his penalty in the shootout that saw the Azzurri advance to the Final of EURO 2020, when Italy won 4-2 on penalties over their southern rivals Spain.
The Juventus defender went to celebrate with the fans when the stewards stopped one of the Azzurri spectators from getting too close, before Bonucci turned to return to his teammates.
A steward then grabbed the 34-year-old, mistaking him for a fan who was trying to get on the pitch. Bonucci then laughed and gave her a hug, as she realised her hilarious mistake.
