Italy defender Leonardo Bonucci revealed the Azzurri will ‘ride on the open bus’ after winning the ‘negotiations’ for the parade.
The Azzurri have travelled from the Quirinale to Palazzo Chigi and the Juventus defender, who scored the equaliser in the Final, revealed they are ready to parade the EURO 2020 trophy.
“An indescribable emotion,” Bonucci told Sky Sport Italia. “Making this trip from the Quirinale to Palazzo Chigi was beautiful.
“Now we will ride on the open bus, we owed this success to the fans. We won the negotiations to be able to do this round for our supporters. The Cup is theirs.”
