Udinese won the last two games in a row, but not later than a month ago their coach Luca Gotti was reported to be on the brink.
“We were tired of playing well without picking up anything, we’ve looked into each other’s eyes, we became more compact and we are finally reaping the rewards of our work,” Bonifazi claimed.
What has the future in store for him?
“I dream of playing the Champions League with a top club and play with the national team, but for now I am only focused on Udinese.”
The 24-year-old has seven caps with Italy U21 team and has played 16 games in all competitions with Udinese so far this season.
