Jack Bonaventura assures there is ‘a lot of quality to choose from in midfield’ for Italy going towards the European Championships.
The midfielder was playing in his new stadium, having joined Fiorentina over the summer, as Italy beat Moldova 6-0 at the Stadio Franchi.
“We prepared well for this game, we managed to do everything that we had practiced, so we are pleased,” Bonaventura told Rai Sport.

“Each of us bring our own characteristics to the role, there are many players up for a place, and we all try to do our best to help the squad. The coach makes his decisions, but either way, we have a lot of quality to choose from in midfield.
“I want to have a great season with Fiorentina and then hopefully that can lead up to the Euros.”
