Marko Arnautovic has repeatedly been linked with a move to Juventus this summer, but Bologna warn he is ‘not for sale.’

The 33-year-old centre-forward had a great debut season in Serie A, scoring 15 goals in 34 competitive matches for Bologna.

A veteran Austria international who has also played for the likes of Inter, FC Twente, Werder Bremen, Stoke City and West Ham United, he proved that he’s still got talent after returning from an experience in China.

Juve coach Max Allegri had reportedly targeted Arnautovic as an ideal understudy for Dusan Vlahovic with international experience.

However, Bologna CEO Claudio Fenucci told reporters at their pre-season training retreat in Pinzolo today that this was out of the question.

“Marko is staying, he is not for sale.”

During the same event, Fenucci confirmed that Juventus would send full-back Andrea Cambiaso to Bologna on loan just hours after completing his transfer from Genoa.

Meanwhile, a deal has been struck for Mattias Svanberg to join VfL Wolfsburg in a deal believed to be worth €10m with bonuses.
