Bologna are said to be progressing in negotiations with SC Freiburg for Hungary international Roland Sallai.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the asking price is €12m and the Serie A side are trying to whittle it down to €10m.
The 26-year-old scored one goal and provided five assists in 19 Bundesliga appearances for Freiburg last season.
He is a very versatile attacking player who prefers the right wing, but can also work on the left or as a support striker.
Sallai has 42 senior caps for Hungary, in which he scored 10 goals and provided five assists.
This would represent a return to Italy for Sallai, who already played for Palermo on loan in the 2016-17 campaign.
During that spell, he amassed 21 Serie A appearances, finding the back of the net once.
Freiburg purchased him from APOEL Nicosia for €4.5m in the summer of 2018.
His other clubs include Puskas AFC and Videoton.
