Bologna have confirmed Nicolas Dominguez, who was stretchered off against Torino, will be out for the rest of the season.

The Rossoblu wrote a statement regarding the tests on Mitchell Dijks and Dominguez ahead of the match against Atalanta in Bergamo.

Dijks has injured his left thigh and will be out for two to three weeks, whilst Dominguez has suffered an injury to the ‘medial collateral of his right knee’ and will miss the remainder of the campaign.

“The tests Mitchell Dijks underwent revealed an injury to the left thigh flexors, with recovery times of two to three weeks,” Bologna said in a statement on their official website.

“Nicolas Dominguez suffered an injury to the medial collateral of his right knee, with recovery times of 30 to 40 days.”

Bologna sit 11th in Serie A after the 1-1 draw with Torino last time, but are unbeaten in two games and are currently 10 points above Cagliari at 18th in the League.
