Bologna have been docked another two points for financial irregularities stemming from the previous President's tenure.

The Rossoblu had already been stripped of one point for failing to pay certain taxes by the summer deadline.

The investigation continued and this evening the Disciplinary Commission and the Covisoc added another two points to their penalty.

Although new President Massimo Zanetti took over before Christmas, the club was on the verge of bankruptcy before that change of ownership.

The investigation continued and this evening the Disciplinary Commission and the Covisoc added another two points to their penalty.

Although new President Massimo Zanetti took over before Christmas, the club was on the verge of bankruptcy before that change of ownership.

This two-point penalty is for former President Sergio Porcedda's failure to pay wages from June to September 2010.

Porcedda is also suspended for six months and his general manager Silvino Marraso banned for two months and 20 days.

In all Bologna are docked three points and drop down to 14th place on level terms with Chievo and Parma.
