Marko Arnautovic is ready to return to Serie A as Bologna will reportedly pay €3m plus €1m in bonuses to secure his services.
According to Calciomercato.com, Bologna and Shanghai SIPG have reached an agreement for the player’s transfer to the Stadio Dall’Ara.
Arnautovic was supposed to leave the Chinese club on a free, but his transfer conditions changed after the Euros, so Bologna were forced to negotiate a fee to secure his services.

Now, the Rossoblu seem to have finally reached an agreement to secure the services of the 32-year-old who managed just three appearances with Inter in 2009-10, but was part of the team that won the Champions League under José Mourinho.
Arnautovic will fly to Italy in the coming days to undergo his medicals with Bologna and sign his contract with the Rossoblu.
The former Stoke City and West Ham forward played the Euros with his national team Austria and scored one goal against Italy in the Round of 16 at Wembley Stadium, but luckily for Roberto Mancini’s side, it was disallowed for offside after a VAR check.
