Roma are reportedly on the verge of making Barcelona's Bojan Krkic their first signing of the summer.

The transfer rumour mill suggests that a deal with the Spanish giants has been done, although it is unclear as to exactly what has been finalised.

Some sources claim that Roma will sign the player for €10m with the understanding that the European champions have an option to buy him back for the same price.

However, other reports suggest that the Italian outfit will take the player on loan with the option to buy next summer for €10m.

That deal too seemingly includes a buy-back option for Barcelona should Roma take total control of his contract, but Barca would have to pay €15m to do that.

Bojan will turn 21 in August and has spent his entire career to date with Barcelona, firstly with the B side and then the first team.

A full Spanish international, he's been requested by new boss Luis Enrique after he left Barca B for the Giallorossi.
