Barcelona-owned Bojan Krkic feels being on loan at Milan is one of the reasons why he struggles for regular action.

The attacker moved to the Rossoneri in the summer after his two-year loan deal at Roma was transferred to the Diavolo.

“I am a victim of being on loan,” he told AS ahead of this week’s Champions League clash against Barca. “The Milan players who have cost millions to sign are those who should start.

“This is normal. For that reason, for next season my intention is that wherever I am, I will not be there on loan.

“Back to Barca? If it is possible then yes, of course. I left for two years and after the adventure in Rome I am now here. We will see what happens. There are still many things that must happen.

“I’ve very happy at Milan. Many of the things I feel positive for. I arrived here in the final stretch of the summer transfer market, but I quickly realised the history of Milan. It’s exciting.

“The veteran players left and the club made a commitment to youth. The idea is that over time the results arrive.”

The 22-year-old was inevitably asked for his thoughts ahead of Wednesday night’s European showdown with his parent club.

“It is a difficult and special game,” he continued. “We'll play against the best team in the world with a team of the most important players in the world.

“Will I celebrate if I score? Yes of course. Although if I score one in the Camp Nou I will see at the time. I do not know how I will react.

“A good result? Winning, obviously, but it would be nice to stay alive. Just, do not lose by more than two goals.”

Bojan has scored just three goals in 24 games in all competition for the Diavolo.
