“When I arrived here with this coach I was shocked by the intensity of training sessions,” the winger told L’Equipe.
“I had never said anything similar before, the coach has clear ideas and works a lot on a tactical level.

“It’s difficult, but he helps players improve. If you don’t do an exercise at your best, you may remain on the pitch until the following morning, it’s not his problem.”
De Zerbi will leave Sassuolo in the summer to become the new coach of Shakhtar Donetsk and Boga could follow him.
“Back in January, we were in talks to extend my contract and we never reached an agreement,” the player revealed.
“For this reason, we decided that the best thing for both parties was to part ways in the summer. After three years, this is the right moment.
“I’d like to take a step forward and if there’s a possibility to follow the coach, then why not? That doesn’t mean I will follow him everywhere, I need to see what he decides and what happens at the end of the season. I don’t close the door to anything.”
Boga has 18 goals and seven assists in 89 appearances with Sassuolo.
