Milan legend Zvonimir Boban says Silvio Berlusconi ‘was unique’ but ‘shouldn’t have entered politics.’
The former Croatia international was one of the many stars signed by Berlusconi during his 31-year reign as Milan’s President.
“Nobody will ever do what Berlusconi did for Milan. Not only for the results but also for class, ideas and beauty with which the history of football has been made,” Boban told Gazzetta.
“He will be the only one, forever. He was a visionary like nobody else. A personal regret was that he entered politics, he shouldn’t have done it, because he was not the same Berlusconi after that. I don’t know how they will divide the power up there, it won’t be easy for God to understand it. In any case, thank you, President.”
