The Rossoneri have made absolutely no secret of their attempts to coax the striker back to San Siro and Italian papers claim they have agreed personal terms.
However, Paris Saint-Germain boss Blanc slammed the door on these hopes.
“Will Ibrahimovic stay? There was never any doubt,” Blanc told Le Parisien.
“I do not give any credence to what is being said in the papers. As far as we are concerned the situation is very clear.
“Ibra will be part of the squad for 2015-16.”
Blanc was also asked about more want-away players, Edinson Cavani and Thiago Motta.
“If a player wants to leave, that does not necessarily translate to the club being ready to release him. If we want solidity in football, the club must be more important than the players.
“I want Thiago Motta to stay and so does the club. He is very important for our tactical system and it’s up to us to ensure he remains this season.”
