However, Italian sources maintain it is an €8m loan with option to buy for around €20m.
The forward only turned 19 in June and is yet to score his debut Serie A goal.
He arrived as a free agent in July 2014 from Paris Saint-Germain, as he was out of contract.
This would represent a huge profit for the Bianconeri.
Last season Coman played 20 games for Juve in all competition, scoring one goal in the Coppa Italia.
