Lucas Biglia confirms he is considering a return to Argentina, while Milan lack ‘stability and organisation within the club.’

The midfielder will be a free agent this summer and has not been offered an extension at San Siro.

“I am evaluating my future and I won’t rule out the possibility of returning to play in Argentina,” the 34-year-old said on Argentine radio programme Tanto Por Decidir.

The former Lazio man joined Milan in the summer of 2017 for just under €20m, but made just 63 official appearances for the club, scoring two goals.

“Since I arrived, the club has already changed ownership twice,” continued Biglia.

“Milan will get back to being Milan when there is stability and organisation within the club. They will be one of the European superpowers the way they were, but it will take time.”
