The 34-year-old came to Lazio in 2013 and moved to Milan four years later. He has earned an Italian citizenship after his spell in Italy, where he has played 160 matches in Serie A so far.
“There are lots of [good] moments,” he said. “Maybe arriving in Italy and going to Milan [could be described as the best]. It’s one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
“But getting to play in a World Cup Final is the most important memory. I will carry that with me forever.”
Biglia spoke to TMW when he attended the Junior TIM Cup event and said it was nice to be an example for the children looking up to the footballers.
“I started playing football at 4, my brother took me. He was an example to me, and I followed him,” Biglia added. “To be here is beautiful, life is not football but outside of football.
“We are normal people and finding children who look at us like this, that’s special.”
