According to whispers in Bergamo, the centre-forward will join the Nerazzurri once he concludes his five-year Toro stay.
Bianchi started his career with Atalanta in their youth ranks at the age of 10. He left for Cagliari in 2004.
The former Italian Under-21 international has also played for Reggina, Manchester City and Lazio.
He has seven goals in 21 League games this term.
