Biabiany’s legal advisor told FIFPro the situation was “a severe violation of the player’s fundamental rights” and that Sparta were ‘mobbing’ the winger.
The website explains training alone is “football’s version of solitary confinement” and “has been outlawed in newly-agreed FIFA rules on the abuse of players.”

Biabiany joined Sparta on loan from Inter last summer but has failed to score in 15 appearances for Andrea Stramaccioni’s side, who are 18 points off the pace in the Czech title race.
