The winger returned to the Biscione last July as a free agent, and has since been recovering from a cardiac condition.
“I never had any symptoms, but since these were heart problems I took all the necessary precautions and I stopped for longer than necessary,” he told Inter Channel.
“Now I'm at 100 per cent. It's November and I'm fine. The first part of the season was challenging, but now I'm playing again and I'm ready to go for 90'.
“I can play in several roles. I'm at my best as a winger in the 4-3-3 or in the 4-2-3-1. In the 4-3-2-1 I can be a supporting striker, or a winger in the 3-5-2. I can also play as a full-back in a four-man defence.
“I used to wear number 7, but Geoffrey Kondogbia took it from me. So I returned to number 11, which I used in the youth teams.”
Biabiany was then asked about Inter's odds of winning the Italian title.
“It's good that Inter are at the top again, but we must work to stay there. It makes us feel strong, and that's what our group has, strength.
“The team is trying to take everything back and there's a good mix between young and experienced players.
“When I first came here I found they were already very happy. It's like we've all known each other for many years and that's where our strength lies.
“Only when we're united we can reach certain objectives, aside from our defensive solidity. I'd like to win Coppa Italia and Scudetto, why not?”
