Two Inter stars, Nicolo Barella and Federico Dimarco ended the third round of fixtures with the highest average rating of all the Italian players currently playing in Serie A.

Inter have more Italy players among the best rated than any other side this week, following Friday night’s 4-0 thumping over Atalanta. Barella, who scored a screamer, comes away with an average rating of 7.5, although some outlets went as high as 8, while Federico Dimarco also comes away with the same score. 

Alessandro Bastoni and Francesco Acerbi both got a 6.5 after keeping their second consecutive clean sheet. 

Two goalkeepers came away with decent ratings this week. Stefano Turati, on his Monza debut, came away with a 7 despite letting two in against Fiorentina. Wladimiro Falcone got the same rating after providing a clean sheet in Lecce’s 1-0 win over Cagliari

Also among the 7s were Juventus’s Federico Gatti, Monza’s Daniel Maldini and Fiorentina’s Moise Kean, who grabbed the first league goal of his Viola career in the 2-2 draw with Monza
